Please make sure you attend, this is an important event for the Club. We need your input on important decisions and to vote in the new Committee who will run the Club for the next 12 months.

VOTING AND PROXIES

Only paid members can cast a vote at the AGM. Apologies can be sent to secretary@unidive.org. If you know you won't be able to attend the meeting but would like to nominate a proxy, please use this proxy template and send it to me at secretary@unidive.org before 6pm on 17 June 2021.

MEET & GREET BBQ

After the AGM, we plan to welcome our new Committee and new members this year with a free BBQ Meet & Greet at the shed :) Please save the date! Thursday 1 July. More details will come via email closer to the date.
