All current (paid) members are invited to attend Unidive's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020 - details below. Mark the date in your calendar :) Due to COVID-19, we are having an online meeting this year.
We encourage you to attend, this is an important event for the Club. We need your input on important decisions and to vote in the new Committee who will run the Club until April/May 2021.

The agenda was distributed via email on 11 Sep 2020. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions during the meeting.
NEW COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
By now, you should have all filled the nomination form circulated by Donna: you can nominate yourself for a Committee position or nominate people you think would do a good job. All positions are considered vacant. A description of Committee positions is included in our By-Laws (p.5-8). Alternatively, you can email secretary@unidive.org if that's easier.
VOTING AND PROXIES
During the AGM we will vote on a number of decisions. Only paid members can vote at the AGM. Apologies can be forwarded to secretary@unidive.org. If you know you won't be able to attend the meeting, but you still want to cast your vote: please send me an email (secretary@unidive.org) before the meeting, telling me who will be voting on your behalf (that's a 'proxy').
Nominations, proxies and apologies will close on Tuesday 22 September at 5pm.
